CLEVELAND, TN. | Several members of the men's and women's cross-country team competed in the Lee University Invitational in Cleveland, TN over the weekend.

The Young Harris men opened up the 2-day meet with Liam King in the 10,000m run. King finished 4th overall over the 10,000m distance clocking in at 31:18.19 (5:00/mile pace). The Mountain Lions began the day Saturday competing in the men's and women's 5,000m run.  Emily Baars finished in 48th place with a time of 21:10.57 and Brinley Wilson finished 51st with a time of 24:05.30. Matthew Honeycutt represented the men in the 5,000m run and placed 28th with a time of 16:22.94.

Brianna Dalton and Piper Marsingill competed in the last event of the day, the women's 1500m run. Marsingill finished in 59th with a time of 5:57.94. Dalton was 61st with a time of 6:01.98.
